About the event
Carolyn Kardan, a friend in the Lynchburg community, offers yoga classes in our Fellowship Hall every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30pm. The classes are offered to students at all levels of skill in yoga and focus on stretch, balance, strength and centering. Classes are $10 each, with the proceeds offered for the work Peakland Baptist does with the Food for Thought program. Newcomers are welcome!
